Data we expect to handle

When the service launches, customers may provide company and employee information needed to create organizational charts, profiles, directory records, and related HR workspace features. We will collect only the information needed to provide and improve the service.

How we will use customer data

Customer data will be used to operate, secure, maintain, and support BranchWise HR. We will not sell, rent, or trade customer or employee data, and we will not use it for advertising.

When data may be shared

We will not disclose customer data except as needed to provide the service through vetted service providers, when directed by the customer, or when required by law. We will seek to limit such sharing to the minimum necessary.

Company boundaries and customer choices

Each company will be treated as a separate tenant. We are designing records and access controls to keep one company’s data from being accessible to another. Before launch, this policy will be updated with contact details, data retention terms, and applicable privacy-rights procedures.
